Dr. Seuss Goes to Washington! Selected and Compiled by Fereydoun Kian
Here's a section dedicated to the Political Cartoons of Dr. Seuss that are perhaps relevant today--after 60 years.
As you know: Dr. Seuss said what he meant and he meant what he said. Can you say in which cartoon you can only change the name, or date to see Today's cartoon?

Fereydoun Kian has dedicated this cartoon to Dr. Seuss.
In case you have not read the story, there was a North Going Zax who traveled North, making North going Tracks.
Then there was the South Going Zax who always traveled south --making South going Tracks. One day they both arrived to the same point. Of course neither one wanted to budge, because that's what they had learned in school.
They started arguing for the other person to move.
One said to the other that: "I'll stay here, not budging! I can and I will" If it makes you and me and the whole world stand still!" But of course, as Dr. Seuss reminds us: The world is not two dimensional. It grew, "And left them there standing un-budged in their tracks."
Do you know who these two "modern day" ZAXes are?
